Customer Review: Excellent workhorse
I’ve used many printers over the years and this one is exceptional. If it has a fault it is that the standard paper tray knocks a bit if fully loaded, due to the weight of the paper being lifted. The solution is not to fill the paper tray to the max level. A great plus is the envelope printing capability of this machine, our first job was to print directly to envelop for a mail shot of 5000.
Even allowing time between batches for the printer to cool it was still exceptionally quick and gave us full control over production in-house. Another plus is the ability to print using non-standard paper sizes, you do though have to play a bit with margins etc to get the positioning right but you only have to do it once and save your template. The control panel is an asset, among other clever things it lets you check toner levels without opening the printer. All in all an excellent investment…
